OUR STORY & MISSION
Since 2013, my career in special education has evolved significantly. Starting as a paraprofessional in a secondary life skills classroom, I advanced to become a certified teacher specializing in PPCD Pre-K settings. Fueled by a passion for addressing behavioral challenges, I pursued an advanced degree in Special Education and played a pivotal role in a secondary behavior unit, supporting students with Emotional Disturbance, Autism, ADHD, and other developmental delays.
In 2016, I recognized the critical need for effective transition planning and shifted my focus to helping young adults with high-functioning ADHD and Autism navigate the shift from high school to adulthood. My approach blends personalized support with a dedication to fostering an inclusive environment, inspired by my father’s coaching legacy.
The dragonfly, symbolizing transformation and legacy, guides my work. After my father's passing in 2020, I committed myself to honoring his memory by applying the principles he taught me, including his guiding question, "What am I doing today to make a better tomorrow?" This legacy fuels my dedication to providing compassionate, expert support to those embarking on the journey to independence.
We offer personalized coaching, practical skills training, and immediate support to help young adults and their families confidently and successfully navigate the transition to independence.
